You may choose to couple the therapeutic profiles with additional support, including lifestyle support in the form of a day long Healthy@Home Immersion to the monthly momentum food therapy support plans.

I approach health and wellness holistically, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. In the same respect, I take a functional approach to supporting your health and wellness; is chronic stress and high cortisol compromising your immune system, causing a decrease in your IgA (the primary immune antibodies found in your gut). With decreased IgA, one is more susceptible to leaky gut and food sensitivities….and low IgA is associated with a lowered thyroid function. Thus, popping thyroid medication may just be covering up the bigger issue: impaired digestive function. Most days start at your home, where we will take a quick inventory of things, followed by a trip to the local market. After the market, we will head back home to clear out, organize, declutter, cook, learn, sit, quiet the mind, take in the nourishing meal, and delight in the joy of preparing and eating and much, much more! You will come away knowing how to purchase and prepare nourishing and delicious foods in your own home!

Grocery shopping can be an arduous task as it is. Now that you are trying to eat healthier and for people with special considerations (allergies, gluten-sensitivity, diabetes, hypertension, weight management) it can be even more trying. Everyone should have a good idea on what to look for when shopping. I will walk you through a grocery store and provide you with information on what to look for as far as food choices, what to avoid and how to read labels.
Not really sure if committing to a program or working with someone is your thing? That’s OK! The “self-guided” care kits are what will work for you!
