Nutrition and Fitness Consulting Services
Consultations are offered by Vicki Gerberich, CNT, CPT on phone or in person. In order to utilize these services, you must be 18 years or older or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must currently be under the care of a primary care physician which includes a wellness exam within the past 12 months. You must agree that your primary care physician will continue to monitor your care and manage any prescription medications for the duration of your nutrition therapy. Nutrition therapy does not diagnose or treat disease, but rather support and strengthen the body as a whole to be stronger, healthier and more balanced.  While Vicki Gerberich will do her very best to assure quality care, there is no guarantee for positive results and outcome and she can take no responsibility for any presumed adverse effects.  Vicki Gerberich or the client may refuse or discontinue care at any time for any reason.
