Registration: There are several ways to register for a retreat/course:
Pay online - all of the courses and retreats have an online registration. You will select the course you would like to register for, bringing you to a secure online payment page which will lead you through the checkout process.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you are putting a check in the mail to - The Earth and Water Wellness Institute, P.O. Box 1221, Western Springs, IL 60558. Your spot will be reserved once we receive your payment.
Need some financial assistance to participate in a course or retreat? Many of the courses and retreats offer a select number of partial and full scholarships. In order to qualify, you must complete and submit the Scholarship Request/Financial Aid Application (found below).

If you qualify, we'll contact you with a Scholarship/Financial Aid agreement and information on how to register for your requested course.
2016 Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation/refund policy is based on our investment in staff time, course planning, venue, logistics, food and equipment purchases before the course. Course tuition includes a non-refundable 10% course tuition deposit. For example, for a Food Therapy Personal Immersion Weekend priced at $395, the deposit will be $39.50. If you are applying for Financial Aid, the 10% deposit will hold a place on a course and will either be returned if we are unable to provide you enough scholarship or be applied towards your deposit for the course.
Cancellation Refunds will be given according to the following schedule: Days prior to course start:
More than 60 days: 100% of full tuition minus the 10% course tuition deposit.
29-59 days: 50% minus deposit or 100% minus the deposit may be transferred to another course in 2016/17.
14-28 days: 50% minus deposit.
8-13 days: No refunds, however 50% minus the deposit may be transferred to another course in 2016/17.
Less than 7 days: No refunds or transfers.
If we cancel a trip: The EaWWI reserves the right to cancel a course/retreat if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we will fully refund the stated cost including the application fee. However, The EaWWI is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip, e.g. transportation costs, gear, etc.
Trip Insurance: Safeguard your adventure! The EaWWI understands that plans can change without warning, which is why we recommend securing your course by purchasing trip insurance. Two companies you might consider:
