Do you hate grocery shopping or just not know what to buy or have the time to do it? I will do it for you. I provide personalized shopping and meal planning for you and your family.
Market Day
Grocery shopping can be an arduous task as it is. Now that you are trying to eat healthier and for people with special considerations (allergies, gluten-sensitivity, diabetes, hypertension, weight management) it can be even more trying. Everyone should have a good idea on what to look for when shopping. I will walk you through a grocery store and provide you with information on what to look for as far as food choices, what to avoid and how to read labels.
House Call
I will come to your home and organize your kitchen with fresh and healthy ideas and provide tips about what foods to get rid of and what ingredients to stock your pantry and cabinets with. This visit will also include cooking tips on how to cook healthier meals with whole foods. The session can be individualized for what you are looking for and the types of meals that you will be preparing.
Healthy Home Sweep
Get a heads start on your journey by grouping the market day and house call into a half-day of healthy transition. After visiting your home and providing you with some information on how to enhance your kitchen for healthier living, we will visit your local market for more tips on what to stock your cabinets and fridge with for healthy living.
Lifestyle Journey Package
For a complete transformation, the lifestyle journey package includes a month’s supply of menus and meal ideas, personalized shopping and a healthy home sweep. I will spend a day getting your kitchen ready for the transition, discussing with you food options and what foods to look for at the store and showing you how to incorporate them into your meals and snacks.
