As a Certified Nutrition Therapist and Personal Trainer, I recommend meal plans, recipes, and exercise programs instead of drug prescriptions to help keep you healthy and full of energy.
Through a wide range of practical and effective personalized nutrition and fitness programs along with lifestyle support that you will be able to incorporate into your every day life, I will help you along your journey towards wellness.
Whether you are concerned about a specific health issue, want to manage your weight, heal an addiction or dysfunction behavior, begin a fitness program or you would like to become more knowledgeable on how to eat more nutritious meals and incorporate more activities into your daily life, I can help.
I provide individual and family nutrition assessments for both general health and specific condition management and fitness programs for the novice and for the recreational athlete.
Wellness is a very personal thing and eating is at the core of our beings. Please be certain that I fully understand how difficult it can be to address dietary changes and food issues. I am not going to tell you that changing your diet and exercise patterns is always easy, but I am going to tell you that I will be there for you for the long haul. The State of Wellness
The impact of current nutrition practices in health and disease cannot be overstated. Optimal health is related to appropriate nutrient consumption. Diseases associated with dietary deficiency and imbalance are among the leading causes of illness and death in the United States. The body needs the correct raw materials to continually rebuild itself, energize itself and maintain health.
Did you know that:
- Specific nutrients can modify the risk of disease
- Everything that occurs throughout the body is a result of messages the body receives from the foods we eat, nutrients we consume, stress in our life, activity levels and patterns and exposure to environmental and industrial toxins

Clearly there is a burgeoning need for sound nutrition information and natural remedies as opposed to pharmaceutical drugs; especially in the areas of emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders chronic inflammation, immune support and weight management and metabolic and hormonal balance. The solutions lie in good nutrition and movement; the cornerstones of health and vitality.
