I am a "Dirty Girl"...meaning I don't mind a bit of a mess. In fact, I thoroughly enjoy a bit of dirt (on the outside)! I like to get a dirty digging in the garden, playing outdoors, running in the rain with my dogs or climbing mountains in the back-country.
But, I DO mind, when I feel toxic and my mind is a mess...I can't focus and I feel fat! In order to continue to stay active in the outdoors and engaged in my passions, I need to eat green, think lean and live clean!

The "DIRTY GIRL WAY TO WELLNESS" considers that most of our dirtiness and ill-health comes from toxic foods (foods that create imbalance), toxic thoughts (thoughts that keep us stuck and afraid to move forward or feeling bad about ourselves), and toxic lifestyles (chemical and physical stress).
The Dirty Girl way to wellness will teach you WHY playing outside and getting dirty in nature is actually very beneficial for your health and happiness; it will take you to a place where weight is no longer a worry, eating no longer causes anxiety and food is once again your friend!
As a Certified Nutrition Therapist, I encourage and promote balanced eating and lifestyles, using the nutrition of whole foods and therapeutic supplements and the support of functional movement and lifestyle management to balance the body’s systems. I recommend good EATS...Essential Action Tips & Strategies (EATS) to nourish your body, mind and life. My goal is to inspire and empower my community members with the knowledge and confidence needed to reach their individual health and wellness goals through wholesome good foods, positive good thoughts, energizing good moves and sustainable good living!

No more "4-Letter" Words! I have discovered that no one really wants to go see "The Nutritionist"! That word is like a "4-letter" word in many people's eyes. They don't get all excited about it like they do when they schedule an appointment with their massage therapist! I am going to change that connotation for all my members who work with me and the Earth and Water Wellness Guides! How? Well, first, FOOD, DIET, COOK, MEAL, MENU, BODY...those are no longer going to be "4-letter" words in your vocabulary. GREEN, LEAN, CLEAN, FLAT (abs), FREE, EASY and FUN...are going to be in your new vocabulary, along with Wellness GUIDE and Food Therapy COACH!
EMPOWERMENT through EDUCATION...
I am taking the "practice" out of the practitioner and making YOU the practitioner! You will be GUIDED and SUPPORTED throughout the process as YOU learn what works for your body, mind and life...your situation, your condition, your likes and dislikes!
Through personal health assessments, good EATS Guidebooks, individual and/or group support and Community Member forums or "campsites", you will receive the guidance and support that you need to discover your personal wellness ingredients to create your "secret recipe" to balance, health and happiness!

Next time you go out to eat with your girlfriends or take a trip to the market, you won't have to second guess yourself. Next time you hear the latest "diet craze" and read about the "magic pill" that will melt fat away, you will be able to say, WITH CONFIDENCE, "Nope, this is what I KNOW my body needs right now. Or, I know that I am better off eating this bread and avoiding that cereal. And the best KNOW-HOW? No more, ugh, I guess we'll just order pizza again or get in the car to drive through the drive-through"!

I don't want to create more stress and chaos in your world by making you take extra trip across town to visit with me. I want you to get out there DOING it, making it happen. I want you to get out there and "GET DIRTY", getting active outside and staying CLEAN on the inside! By offering online interactive and self-study courses, mini-lessons, and community experiential learning events, I hope to give women the experience that will inspire them to take action...as well as the time to do so through the flexible learning environment!

it! That's why I have developed an
interactive, fun and fabulous online community of education and experiences that still offers the guidance and support to keep you on your way to wellness!
Building a community of empowered and confident women interested in pursuing a life of sustainable wellness for the betterment of themselves and the world around them (and who don't mind getting a little DIRTY in the process!)
