Vicki specializes in behavioral change... because of this, most clients fall in the weight loss, emotional eating, and ‘freedom from the food phobia' category.
Sessions typically occur every 2-4 weeks. This allows time for reflection and integration.
Clients reside all over the country.
All clients must first complete a wellness consultation, either the Wellness Assessment Consultation (60-90 minutes) or the Welcome to Wellness Review (30-45 minutes). These can be completed either in person or via telephone. Subsequent follow-ups are virtual only, via telephone or Skype/Facetime.
The difference? We teach you HOW to eat, not what to eat, while shedding old emotional eating patterns.Begin your one-on-one coaching with Vicki today. Call ----------or email -------------------.comWhat to expect in working with Vicki:
